What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of 100-120 restaurant partners, supporting their ongoing performance and growth.
• Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners, including in-person meetings and training.
• Ensure operational readiness for new venues through menu optimization and system setup.
• Drive business growth using promotional tools, campaigns, and hirify.global+ integration.
• Analyze data to identify commercial opportunities and lead conversations with partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to maximize partner success.

Requirements

• Significant experience working within the restaurant industry (management experience is a plus).
• 0-2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-facing mindset.
• Sales-oriented approach with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Comfortable working with data and numbers.
• Fluent Hebrew and good English proficiency.
