What you will do

• Research and prospect new clients to generate targeted marketing leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing advertising partners.
• Prepare and present customized advertising proposals and agreements.
• Collaborate with the internal creative department to develop effective campaigns.
• Negotiate and execute contracts to optimize results for both the company and clients.
• Manage and grow the current client base while tracking industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate client needs into media plans.
• Analytical mindset capable of assessing situations and offering creative solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
