Community Engagement Manager (Adtech)

What you will do

• Execute market-level community engagement strategies and conduct research to identify key stakeholders and partnership opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with business organizations, government entities, and nonprofit partners.
• Serve as a liaison between Community Engagement, Sales, and Development teams to align partnerships with company goals.
• Support RFP efforts and business development by providing local insights and securing community support.
• Implement and provide feedback on community-facing campaigns within assigned markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, public administration, or a related field.
• 4–6+ years of experience in community engagement, partnerships, or external affairs.
• Must be based in Columbus, OH or Dallas, TX.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
