What you will do

• Manage telecom and fiber permitting applications, specifically for ROW and utility pole attachments.
• Track the full lifecycle of permits, including submissions, approvals, fees, and risks.
• Coordinate with engineering, OSP design teams, and municipal agencies to ensure compliance.
• Maintain detailed permitting records using SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
• Establish and maintain relationships with planning, zoning, and inspection departments.
• Identify risks and drive process improvements for cost-effective fiber deployment.

Requirements

• Experience in the Telecom/Fiber industry supporting OSP or infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in multi-agency and multi-jurisdictional permitting environments.
• Must be located in or near Charlotte, NC.
• Knowledge of municipal regulations and utility coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
