What you will do

• Own the technical architecture for MSP offerings across Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace, and SOC tooling.
• Design repeatable and scalable service packages that align with CMMC, NIST, and DFARS requirements.
• Serve as the senior technical authority for pre-sales architecture, implementation standards, and escalation.
• Develop licensing strategies for Microsoft and Google environments to optimize margins and compliance.
• Evaluate and select new vendors and tools based on security, profitability, and operational scalability.
• Create reference architectures, implementation playbooks, and SOW language for sales enablement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, cloud architecture, or technical leadership.
• 5+ years of experience supporting MSPs, defense contractors, or highly regulated industries.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and GCC/GCC High.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace security and compliance offerings.
• Proven experience designing solutions for CMMC, NIST 800-171, DFARS, and FedRAMP.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Certifications (Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Cybersecurity Architect Expert, etc.).
• Google Cloud or Google Workspace security/architecture certifications.
• Prior experience in a CMMC-focused MSP or C3PAO-adjacent organization.
• Experience with SOC operations, SIEM/XDR, and compliance automation platforms.
