What you will do

• Lead complex, multi-faceted project teams to accelerate enterprise implementations and drive platform growth.
• Drive innovation and adoption of deployment practices, providing insights to help users maximize their hirify.global investment.
• Manage program governance, ensuring requirements align with agreed scope and business objectives.
• Coordinate the integration of hirify.global’s products into technical architectures, managing test and change strategies.
• Perform proactive risk assessment and mitigation, tracking issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align user needs with the forward product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting experience partnering with enterprise-level strategic users on technology solutions.
• Proven program management skills and a track record of top performance.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and business-focused audiences.
• Strong critical thinking skills to identify suboptimal processes and build scalable solutions.
• Experience engaging with and leading executive stakeholders in complex organizational structures.
• Location: Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne

Nice to have

• Prior experience at a growth-stage Internet or Enterprise Software company.
• Industry certifications such as PMP, ITIL, PSM1, or PSPO1.
• Prior experience in the payments industry.
• Familiarity with the integration and testing of APIs.
