What you will do

• Create and manage Agile implementation and delivery plans for strategic clients to meet business goals.
• Drive regional delivery strategy in collaboration with RVP Services, Technology, and Sales.
• Execute financial management, client management, change management, and risk management.
• Influence strategy, vision, and scope through communication with C-suite stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach the Delivery Team to maintain a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Provide product expertise to advise clients on critical decision-making throughout their partnership.

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience.
• Proven track record with large-scale digital transformations involving program teams of 50+ FTE.
• Expert-level knowledge of Agile methodology.
• 8+ years of experience managing external clients simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel 50-80% of the time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• 6+ years of experience in Financial Services and/or Banking.
