What you will do

• Manage a diverse portfolio of business management activities for high-risk functional areas.
• Implement policies, processes, and initiatives to meet strategy and governance objectives.
• Maintain regulatory and underwriting documentation and manage annual review cycles.
• Lead enterprise risk activities, ensuring strong control documentation and coordinate assessment responses.
• Support Issue & Complaint Management, including developing action plans and collecting evidence for remediation.
• Facilitate cross-functional initiatives and provide thought leadership to executive audiences.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Broad expertise in Commercial Banking, specifically with a focus on Small Business.
• Strong understanding of banking systems and tools.
• Ability to work autonomously as a lead in a specialized function.
