What you will do

• Design and optimize enterprise-wide DLP controls using Microsoft Purview and Netskope DLP/CASB.
• Engineer DLP policies, classifiers, and workflows for cloud (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS), endpoint, and web channels.
• Integrate DLP/CASB tools with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Collaborate with SOC and SIEM (Splunk) teams to ensure high-fidelity telemetry, alerting, and dashboarding.
• Map DLP controls to regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, PCI, and HIPAA.
• Perform root-cause engineering for complex security incidents and lead vendor evaluations for new tools.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in DLP engineering, cybersecurity, or cloud security.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Purview, AIP, and Netskope DLP/CASB.
• Deep understanding of MDCA, Defender for Cloud Apps, and multi-cloud data protection patterns.
• Must have authorization to work indefinitely in the US.
• No visa sponsorship provided (e.g., H-1B, TN, STEM OPT).

Nice to have

• Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CISM, Azure Security Engineer, AWS Security Specialty, or Netskope/Microsoft certifications.
• Experience with Splunk log pipelines and security analytics.
