What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive security assessments and risk analyses across on-premises and cloud infrastructures.
• Design and implement security controls, automation for compliance, and incident response plans.
• Administer and manage core security platforms including EDR, SIEM, DLP, and WAF.
• Perform penetration testing, code audits, and offensive/defensive security exercises.
• Integrate AI tools and methodologies to automate threat detection and vulnerability scanning.
• Provide expert guidance on compliance frameworks such as ISO27001, SOC2, PCI DSS, and NIST.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with security tools (EDR, SIEM, DLP, SAST/DAST).
• 3+ years of experience leading Security Operations and incident response investigations.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, Bash, Go, Ruby, or Java for security automation.
• Deep expertise in AWS and GCP environments and secure network architecture.
• Verified familiarity with ISO27001, NIST, CIS, PCI DSS, and SOC2 frameworks.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Prior software development or secure architecture experience.
• Hands-on experience using AI/ML technologies to enhance threat detection.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, CEH, or CISA.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform (Infrastructure-as-Code).
