What you will do

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of the organization's design system to ensure scalability and consistency.
• Build and maintain reusable UI components, design patterns, and documentation using atomic design principles.
• Partner with engineers to optimize cross-functional workflows and the design-to-frontend integration.
• Drive organization-wide adoption of the design system through guidance, training, and advocacy.
• Execute end-to-end product feature development via research, wireframing, and high-fidelity interface design.
• Research and implement AI-powered tools to enhance design efficiency and documentation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience, specifically building and scaling enterprise-level design systems.
• Expertise in systems thinking, user-centered design, and interaction design.
• Proven track record of defining design system strategies and leading cross-functional adoption.
• Strong understanding of React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with Figma and component-based architectures.
• Must be based in the EMEA region.
