What you will do
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and electronic leads to schedule survey appointments.
- Engage potential customers to gather move details and explain service options.
- Provide basic moving quotes and handle stand-alone auto move requests.
- Introduce value-added services and assess customer interest.
- Support the virtual sales team with cubing and estimating.
- Maintain accurate records and achieve individual and team performance targets.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of customer service or call center experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must reside in the St. Louis area.
- Strong listening, engagement, and problem-solving skills.
