TL;DR

What you will do

  • Facilitate problem identification, research, and resolution for a variety of products.
  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide education and support.
  • Assess and resolve issues ranging from moderate to extremely complex.
  • Escalate technical issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Log and track all customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Maintain agility as a flex resource across multiple support channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of prior customer support or technical help desk experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with internet tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work effectively with technical processes and data.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
