What you will do
- Facilitate problem identification, research, and resolution for a variety of products.
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide education and support.
- Assess and resolve issues ranging from moderate to extremely complex.
- Escalate technical issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Log and track all customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Maintain agility as a flex resource across multiple support channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years of prior customer support or technical help desk experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency with internet tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively with technical processes and data.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
