What you will do

• Handle high volumes of live chat and support tickets across assigned language queues.
• Deliver accurate information on platform features, products, and processes to ensure user satisfaction.
• Manage customer complaints and follow up to secure timely resolutions.
• Collect feedback to improve workflows, SOPs, and internal tools.
• Participate in the validation and testing of AI bots and automation workflows.
• Maintain high service standards while engaging customers to deliver a best-in-class experience.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
• Strong IT proficiency and ability to handle technical customer queries.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and familiarity with AI-powered tools or chatbots.
• Willingness to work weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with bot validation, testing, or SOP/tool quality review.
• Knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
