What you will do

• Handle high volumes of live chat and support tickets across assigned language queues.
• Identify and evaluate customer needs to deliver timely resolutions.
• Provide accurate information on platform features, products, and processes.
• Manage complaints and follow up to ensure resolution within time limits.
• Support feedback collection for workflow, SOPs, and internal tool improvements.
• Participate in the validation and testing of AI bots and automation workflows.

Requirements

• 1+ years of proven customer-facing experience.
• Fluent in English and Latvian.
• Strong IT proficiency and ability to handle technical queries.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and familiarity with AI-powered tools.
• Willingness to work weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with bot validation, testing, or SOP quality review.
• Knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain field.
