TL;DR

Customer Care Representative: Serving as the primary point of contact for hirify.global customers to ensure high-quality support across multiple channels with an accent on empathy and efficient problem resolution. Focus on maintaining performance KPIs, gathering customer insights, and contributing to the growth of a new pilot project in Moldova.

Location: Must be based in Chișinău, Moldova (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Execute customer care strategies and maintain supportive relationships with B2C and B2B customers.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels.
  • Log interactions and collect actionable customer insights following internal guidelines.
  • Monitor personal performance against KPIs such as CSAT and Contacts Per Hour.
  • Proactively suggest process improvements to team managers.

Requirements

  • English: C1 level (advanced) required.
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently.
  • Collaborative team player with an open mind toward feedback and change.
  • Must be able to work on-site at the hirify.global office in Chișinău.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Swedish or Norwegian.
