What you will do
- Execute customer care strategies and maintain supportive relationships with B2C and B2B customers.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels.
- Log interactions and collect actionable customer insights following internal guidelines.
- Monitor personal performance against KPIs such as CSAT and Contacts Per Hour.
- Proactively suggest process improvements to team managers.
Requirements
- English: C1 level (advanced) required.
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently.
- Collaborative team player with an open mind toward feedback and change.
- Must be able to work on-site at the office in Chișinău.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Swedish or Norwegian.
