What you will do

• Manage billing inquiries, refund requests, cancellations, and subscription renewals via email, chat, and phone.
• Provision customer accounts based on signed contracts to ensure correct feature access and configuration.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with Finance and Sales teams.
• Maintain audit-ready records of all billing interactions and decisions within the company CRM.
• Escalate complex cases with comprehensive context, including reproduction steps and evidence.
• Identify recurring billing issues and process gaps to improve overall customer experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in billing support, accounts receivable, customer support, or financial operations (SaaS/B2B preferred).
• Must be a resident of the Metro Manila Area, Philippines.
• Full English fluency required.
• Proficiency in subscription billing models, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Experience working with CRM and billing tools such as Salesforce, Stripe, or Intercom.
• Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data validation and basic reporting.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Stripe, Spotdraft, Salesforce, or Intercom.
• Basic understanding of SaaS provisioning and subscription lifecycle workflows.
• Exposure to cross-functional billing coordination with Finance, Sales, or Customer Success teams.
• Familiarity with global billing operations and tax compliance basics (VAT, sales tax).
