Salary: $84,000 - $147,000

What you will do

• Design, research, and architect AI/ML solutions across the enterprise.
• Establish and maintain clear communication lines, providing regular updates on project progress and KPIs.
• Present findings and insights to non-technical partners to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Engage with key stakeholders to align data science initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a Data Scientist, ML/AI Engineer, or in a similar role.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of Statistics and Machine Learning fundamentals (hypothesis testing, regression, classification, optimization).
• Demonstrated experience with deep learning (CNNs, RNNs, transformers) using PyTorch, Tensorflow, or Jax.
• Fluency in Python and SQL.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a corporate environment or the finance/fintech industry.
• Interest in finance and market microstructure.
• Industry experience with the full Deep Learning life cycle, from problem definition to monitoring.
