What you will do

• Manage the full product lifecycle for L4 autonomous trucking solutions from needs identification to implementation.
• Collaborate with engineering, program management, and operations to remove blockers and ensure successful deployment.
• Define and prioritize product requirements based on commercial and competitive contexts.
• Establish and track KPIs to monitor product readiness and communicate progress to customers.
• Act as the primary voice of the end user, channeling feedback to internal technical teams.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders regarding risks and mitigation plans.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or logistics.
• Technical degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Proven experience building relationships with engineering and operations teams.
• Ability to lead strategy and execution in ambiguous and dynamic environments.
• Must be able to satisfy U.S. person status or citizenship requirements for sensitive roles.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to visit commercial deployments.
