What you will do

• Act as the primary technical voice for hirify.global across multiple large-scale energy accounts.
• Lead customers through transformational journeys to evaluate and adopt the hirify.global platform.
• Implement technical strategies and build a movement of technical champions within client organizations.
• Develop hands-on resources and proofs of concept to demonstrate product value.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to drive business outcomes and technical alignment.
• Present compelling technical points-of-view to executive decision-makers.

Requirements

• Must be based in Houston, Austin, or Dallas, Texas.
• Proven experience in pre-sales or technical account management for large global accounts ($1M+ ARR).
• Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud platforms (AWS and Azure).
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Ability to form relationships with executives and influencers to drive data-driven transformation.
• Experience working with oil, gas, and energy sector customers is preferred.
