What you will do

• Develop predictive models for revenue forecasting and clinical resource demand.
• Design prescriptive analytics solutions and optimization algorithms for cost-effective clinical operations.
• Define business KPIs and create automated operational dashboards for real-time visibility.
• Lead the design and analysis of A/B tests and quasi-experiments to improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with finance, product, and operations leaders to shape company strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Econometrics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Direct experience building predictive models (churn, LTV, demand) and prescriptive models.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and statistical programming (Python or R).
• Experience building and maintaining BI dashboards.
• Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid) and authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Foundational knowledge of Agentic AI or advanced ML applications for business intelligence.
