What you will do

• Supervise and mentor a team of Software Asset Data Coordinators, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Own and manage SAM data programs, ensuring successful delivery and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the collection, validation, and reporting of Installation Base Reports (IBRs) from customers and vendors.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and optimize processes.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data collection and validation.
• Maintain and update the SAM+ tool with verified and documented software asset data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software asset management, IT operations, or data coordination.
• Strong data management, reporting, and analysis skills using software asset tracking tools.
• Experience working with enterprise software vendors and IT procurement teams.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Post-secondary education is preferred.
