What you will do

• Develop and execute the KFNR client enablement strategy to scale adoption and proficiency.
• Partner with Product and Technology teams to ensure readiness for upcoming platform releases.
• Coordinate technical enablement, integrations, and issue resolution for clients.
• Lead stakeholder management and deliver executive-level storytelling.
• Oversee enablement operations, governance, and continuous improvement processes.

Requirements

• Strong program management and stakeholder leadership skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical and product details into client-ready messaging.
• Experience creating training and enablement assets to drive module expansion.
• Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

• Experience building scalable enablement programs such as webinars, workshops, or eLearning/LMS.
• Experience utilizing adoption and usage analytics to guide program strategy.
