Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 per year

What you will do
- Perform electrical power system modeling and analysis for solar, wind, and battery storage projects.
- Develop quality studies and reports for short circuit, reactive power, arc flash, dynamics, transients, and harmonics.
- Ensure interconnection compliance and perform grounding and ampacity calculations.
- Manage client communications and maintain strong professional relationships regarding specific assignments.
- Apply relevant industry Codes and Standards to all engineering work and calculations.
- Assist with the detailed design of one-line diagrams, relaying schematics, and SCADA specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution (electric power option preferred).
- 1–4 years of relevant engineering or field experience.
- Proficiency in PowerFactory or ETAP.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Experience with cable ampacity software (Cymcap) and grounding software (CDEGS or WinIGS).
Nice to have
- FE or PE licensure.
- Experience with PSSe, PSLF, or PSCAD.
- Proficiency in SKM Power Tools, Easypower, or Aspen.
