What you will do

• Perform Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and Property Condition Assessments (PCAs/PCNAs) per ASTM and federal standards.
• Conduct site reconnaissance, sampling activities, and interview property owners and local government officials.
• Author detailed technical reports and prepare supporting project documentation.
• Plan, schedule, and track project milestones to ensure timely delivery to clients.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to Project Managers and Associate Project Managers.
• Collaborate with Directors to resolve project issues and manage changes in project scope.

Requirements

• 8+ years of recent experience conducting or managing ESAs, PCAs, PCNAs, or engineering consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, architecture, or a construction-related field.
• Valid state driver’s license (required for motor vehicle record and background check).
• Ability to travel 40-60% for field work and physically navigate site properties in various weather conditions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to climb ladders and physically inspect property systems.

Nice to have

• Current professional licensure/registration (RA, PG, PE, etc.).
• Environmental Professional (EP) designation.
• Familiarity with ASTM E1527-21 and ASTM E2018-24 standards.
