Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 CAD

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of consumer alliance partners with full accountability for retention and revenue growth.
- Build and execute structured account plans and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key partners.
- Identify and activate referral growth opportunities across HR, benefits, and membership ecosystems.
- Pursue and onboard new partnerships across HR tech, benefits platforms, and global mobility providers.
- Track partner performance (referrals, conversion, revenue) and manage commission reporting via Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams to develop partner campaigns and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing B2B and B2C partnerships in financial services, payments, or FX.
- Proven experience with referral-driven ecosystems, specifically employee or member benefits.
- Deep understanding of consumer FX and the dynamics of international money movement.
- Strong account management discipline and a track record of owning revenue growth.
- Analytical capability to interpret funnel health and referral quality data.
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings, events, and key engagements.
