Principal Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for user portals and associated products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, risk, and compliance teams to deliver outcome-focused features.
• Lead customer interviews to gather insights and define end-user experiences with a focus on usability.
• Design product features, establish acceptance criteria, and prioritize the backlog based on ROI and customer value.
• Define and deliver quarterly OKRs while tracking metrics to evaluate feature success.
• Perform competitive and marketplace analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of delivering profitable applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, design, or engineering.
• Experience in agile delivery of SaaS or PaaS solutions.
• Proficiency with wireframing, prototyping, and backlog management tools.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to break down complex problems into actionable product plans.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience in financial services, payments, OEM, or manufacturing domains.
• Knowledge of Design Thinking, PDMA, or Pragmatic Marketing frameworks.
