What you will do

• Manage the full partnerships lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating contracts, and onboarding.
• Build relationships with media partners, influencers, and public figures to drive growth.
• Coordinate and travel 1-2 times per month for in-person content recordings in Spain and abroad.
• Draft, review, and track partnership contracts and manage partner payments.
• Collaborate with Content, Marketing, and Product teams to align partnerships with product goals.
• Track and hit KPIs for partner acquisition, activation, and retention.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Spanish and fluent English.
• Based in Spain with ability to travel monthly.
• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Expert communication and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail and grit.

Nice to have

• Experience in partnerships, bizdev, influencer marketing, or law.
• Experience working with Catholic institutions.
• Fluency in French, Italian, German, or Portuguese.
