What you will do

• Manage day-to-day influencer marketing campaigns across multiple enterprise brands.
• Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, and approvals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for creators, clients, and internal teams.
• Source, brief, and manage creators to ensure content meets brand guidelines and cultural nuances.
• Track performance using proprietary analytics tools and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or project management.
• Experience working with beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
• Proven track record in creator negotiation and contracting.
• Must be able to work US hours (EST/CT/PST).
• Strong knowledge of US market trends and creator culture.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.
