What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and support across a portfolio of banking and lending institutions.
- Collaborate with internal Engineering and Product teams to resolve production bugs and feature requests.
- Monitor and report on account support KPIs and conduct quarterly business reviews with clients.
- Manage high-priority client support cases and lead client-facing outage communications.
- Oversee project management for support-led client initiatives and ensure adherence to SLAs.
- Develop deep expertise in client technology stacks and product updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in technical support, support engineering, or technical account management.
- Strong customer-facing skills with experience managing relationships at large enterprise organizations.
- Proficiency in supporting developers utilizing RESTful APIs and troubleshooting web technologies.
- Proven ability to collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to resolve production issues.
- Experience in project management and tracking deliverables to completion.
- Must be based in the United States and willing to accommodate flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Nice to have
- Subject matter expertise in the Loan Origination process.
- Experience in initiatives aimed at reducing customer churn.
- Strong presentation skills with experience communicating to VP-level stakeholders.
