• Support onboarding and configuration for new clients to ensure workflows align with business goals.
• Provide technical guidance and insights to help clients maximize their software investment.

• Serve as a proactive liaison between internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and escalations effectively.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 1+ years of experience in a client-facing technical support or service role, ideally in SaaS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to navigate complex client scenarios with empathy and problem-solving skills.
• Aptitude for learning new technologies quickly.
• Experience with project management or coordination.

• Experience with SQL and APIs.
