Salary: $80,000 – $110,000

What you will do
- Own the full customer onboarding and pilot success lifecycle from kick-off to conversion.
- Manage a high-volume book of business, ensuring measurable value for mid-market customers.
- Translate user feedback into actionable insights for the product and engineering teams.
- Monitor adoption and engagement metrics to identify risks and surface early wins.
- Provide white-glove technical support and create scalable documentation and playbooks.
- Develop deep expertise in the product to serve as a primary technical point of contact.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in technical support, customer success, or account management.
- Must be based in San Francisco or New York for hybrid work.
- Proficiency with technical tools such as Linear, Pylon, Notion, and Slack.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process-driven problem solving.
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
