TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Tel Aviv, Israel (3 days office, 2 days home)

hirify.global is a late-stage fintech start-up providing an AI-powered global financial automation platform to modernize payables operations for finance professionals.

What you will do

  • Own technical escalations from Onboarding, Support, and Success teams, performing deep root cause analysis.
  • Lead internal escalations with Engineering and Product teams to ensure timely resolution and mitigate customer impact.
  • Provide expert technical support for Payments, Payees, and Cards domains, including complex provider integrations.
  • Diagnose high-impact payment lifecycle discrepancies, transaction status issues, and processing failures.
  • Identify technical trends and emerging issues to drive long-term system reliability and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain internal documentation and facilitate knowledge-sharing across operational teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Technical or Product Support, preferably within FinTech or SaaS sectors.
  • Proficiency with relational databases, SQL, and MongoDB for troubleshooting.
  • Experience troubleshooting API integrations using tools like Postman.
  • Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear explanations for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Must be based in Israel to support the hybrid work model in Tel Aviv.
  • Flexibility to collaborate across time zones (U.S. and Colombia) and participate in on-call rotations.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with SOAP and REST APIs.
  • Ability to read and analyze XML and JSON files.
