What you will do
- Own technical escalations from Onboarding, Support, and Success teams, performing deep root cause analysis.
- Lead internal escalations with Engineering and Product teams to ensure timely resolution and mitigate customer impact.
- Provide expert technical support for Payments, Payees, and Cards domains, including complex provider integrations.
- Diagnose high-impact payment lifecycle discrepancies, transaction status issues, and processing failures.
- Identify technical trends and emerging issues to drive long-term system reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain internal documentation and facilitate knowledge-sharing across operational teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Technical or Product Support, preferably within FinTech or SaaS sectors.
- Proficiency with relational databases, SQL, and MongoDB for troubleshooting.
- Experience troubleshooting API integrations using tools like Postman.
- Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear explanations for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Must be based in Israel to support the hybrid work model in Tel Aviv.
- Flexibility to collaborate across time zones (U.S. and Colombia) and participate in on-call rotations.

- Familiarity with SOAP and REST APIs.
- Ability to read and analyze XML and JSON files.
