What you will do
- Resolve user inquiries via chat and email with empathy and technical competence.
- Manage account requests, including card disputes, payments, and application processing.
- Translate user feedback into actionable product suggestions and bug reports.
- Collaborate with engineering and partner banks to improve processes and system reliability.
- Create and maintain help articles and internal documentation.
- Develop efficient workflows to optimize support operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Customer Experience or Support role.
- Must be based in Ireland.
- Proficiency with Zendesk.
- Ability to explain complex banking or technical concepts in clear, human language.
- Availability to work at least one weekend day per 5-day shift.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
