What you will do

• Prepare and maintain internal and external financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Execute the monthly close process to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity through rigorous reconciliations, analysis, and supporting schedules.
• Perform technical accounting research under U.S. GAAP and document formal accounting conclusions.
• Support accounting functions for international entities, specifically in Germany and Canada.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of professional accounting experience.
• Significant expertise in month-end close processes.
• Expertise with Netsuite, specifically in report building.
• Proven ability to independently prepare full 3-statement consolidated financials.
• Strong financial reporting skills and experience with statutory reporting requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing new functionality within Netsuite.
• Previous experience with statutory reporting specific to Canada and/or Germany.
