AI Product Manager (GenAI)

AI Product Manager (GenAI): Leading the delivery and scaling of Generative AI and intelligent automation products within an enterprise AI portfolio with an accent on product strategy, roadmap ownership, and commercial outcomes. Focus on translating AI capabilities into scalable, governed products and optimizing ROI through KPI tracking.

Location: Hybrid in London (2 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for assigned GenAI and intelligent automation tools.
• Develop business cases to demonstrate roadmap benefits and measure success via predetermined KPIs.
• Translate business needs into high-level user stories and PRDs for agile delivery.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable AI products within enterprise standards.
• Lead end-to-end product ownership, from discovery and stakeholder engagement to UAT and delivery.
• Ensure responsible AI deployment by embedding model evaluation, bias monitoring, and performance tracking.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in data, AI, or enterprise technology.
• Proven track record of shipping GenAI-powered products end-to-end.
• Solid grasp of AI fundamentals, including data pipelines, model evaluation, and cost vs. performance trade-offs.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering and Data Science teams.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London (2 days in office).
