TL;DR

Salary: $260,000 - $330,000 USD

What you will do

  • Architect and own conversational AI systems to resolve fan issues without human intervention.
  • Translate CX signals into ranked product requirements to eliminate root causes of friction.
  • Build and maintain a real-time metric tree to monitor the post-purchase funnel.
  • Drive structural cost reduction through process redesign and AI-driven deflection.
  • Partner with Product and Supplier Ops teams to improve fulfillment reliability and supplier accountability.
  • Re-architect the operations team for higher leverage and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 7+ years of experience in consumer marketplaces, ticketing, or travel industries.
  • Proven track record of personally building or driving AI-powered CX systems at scale.
  • Strong product instinct with the ability to shape roadmaps based on CX data.
  • Deep understanding of unit economics and margin improvement in operations.
  • Executive presence with experience owning board-level narratives.

Nice to have

  • Background in live events or experiential commerce.
  • Direct experience standing up a CX AI platform from scratch.
  • Experience leading a CX or operations organization of 25–50 people.
