Salary: $123,000 - $168,000 per year

Zoox is developing a fully autonomous vehicle fleet and ecosystem to provide next-generation mobility-as-a-service in urban environments.

What you will do

• Build and maintain core systems, dashboards, and playbooks to support UX Research at scale.
• Manage cross-functional partnerships across Product, Design, Legal, IT, and external vendors.
• Own participant recruitment operations, including vendor management and database maintenance.
• Develop feedback pipelines to convert customer insights into actionable product signals.
• Establish data governance workflows for PII, consent, and research data retention.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in program management, research operations, or UX operations.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs involving legal, data, and technical teams.
• Working knowledge of UX Research workflows, including recruitment and insight delivery.
• Experience building scalable processes, tools, and operational documentation.
• Strong judgment in handling sensitive data, privacy, and compliance requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or complex technical product environments.
• Familiarity with tools like Looker, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, or UserInterviews.
• Experience with AI-enabled feedback classification and tagging taxonomies.
