Salary: $121,000 - $181,000 (San Francisco Bay Area)

What you will do

• Lead full production of quarterly earnings calls, including camera operation, live switching, and broadcast coordination.
• Produce biweekly All Hands meetings from setup to post-production delivery.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot conference room AV systems, including displays, cameras, and control systems.
• Define and maintain visual quality standards across all physical office spaces and shared meeting areas.
• Manage the production studio, including equipment maintenance and readiness for recordings.
• Serve as the primary Zoom admin for the office and support global Zoom Rooms configuration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AV engineering or broadcast production.
• Demonstrated expertise in running live corporate video productions and high-stakes events.
• Proficiency with live switching, multi-camera operation, and broadcast encoding.
• Hands-on experience with Zoom Rooms and Zoom Admin console.
• Strong knowledge of conference room AV systems such as Poly, Neat, Logitech, or Crestron.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA to support onsite office requirements.

• CTS or equivalent professional certification.
