Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 annually

What you will do

• Conduct and evaluate RFIs and RFPs for satellite component vendors.
• Develop flatsat and data-chain risk reduction testbeds.
• Integrate and test flight payload systems for high-data rate downlinks.
• Generate and manage Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
• Oversee system compliance to electrical, C&DH, and avionics requirements.
• Review vendor design reviews, analysis packages, and test reports.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, aerospace, physics, or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in aerospace systems engineering.
• Experience designing and qualifying avionics for low-earth orbit environments.
• Proficiency in electrical engineering, circuit design, and signal integrity.
• Experience with end-to-end aerospace program lifecycles.

Nice to have

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with AI-enabled edge-compute or optical crosslink terminals.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and satellite bus flight software.
• Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance at the TS/SCI level.
