What you will do

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of Product Configurator UI and backend services on the hirify.global Platform.
• Architect and implement agentic AI capabilities, including AI-assisted constraint modeling and LLM-powered configuration guidance.
• Drive engineering productivity via spec-driven development and multi-agent orchestration workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Management, UX, and architects on feature design and roadmap execution.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish engineering best practices to foster a culture of ownership.
• Build and maintain regression test suites, E2E testing frameworks, and CI/CD automation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Deep expertise in LWC, Apex, and hirify.global Platform development.
• Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web services integration (SOAP/REST).
• Experience with complex UI state management and event-driven UI architectures.
• Ability to drive technical initiatives across geographically distributed teams.
• Proven track record of mentoring junior engineers and leading technical design discussions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agentforce, LLM integration, prompt engineering, or agentic development.
• Familiarity with CML or rules-engine-based configuration systems and bundle management.
• Experience with Data Cloud integrations and Connect API.
• Proficiency with CI/CD, DevOps, and automated regression frameworks.
