What you will do

• Scope, plan, and lead large-scale technical initiatives aligned with business roadmaps.
• Design and optimize scalable systems using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Deliver production-grade features while maintaining high standards for security and reliability.
• Debug complex cross-service issues and serve as a technical expert.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to foster a culture of collaboration and growth.
• Research and integrate emerging technologies, including AI/ML applications.

Requirements

• 8–15 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Experience with SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB) databases.
• Proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven track record in system design and architectural decision-making.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
