What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Build and optimize integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Implement Salesforce automation using Flows and Process Builder.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Mentor junior developers and lead peer code reviews to ensure high code quality.
• Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce to create unified data and intelligent workflows.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional experience in Salesforce Development.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce data modeling.
• Proven experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and governance.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release management in a Salesforce environment.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Data Cloud).
• Experience with AI-enabled Salesforce features or data-driven architectures.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
