Location: Must be based in Washington, DC (On-site with potential for hybrid telework upon client approval).

What you will do

• Provide technical and people leadership for the modernization of a large-scale, multi-tenant legacy application.
• Resolve complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to address environmental constraints.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships throughout the SDLC.
• Ensure attainment of all SLAs and SLOs in accordance with quality standards.
• Mentor cross-functional team members to achieve collective success.
• Perform hands-on development support as needed.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required (ability to obtain Top Secret).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 11+ years of experience designing and modernizing secure, scalable enterprise applications.
• Expert-level command of English with experience interacting at the CIO/CISO level.
• Hands-on expertise in cloud-native development, DevOps, security engineering, and systems integration.
• Experience migrating legacy applications to the cloud while maintaining strict uptime and security requirements.

Nice to have

• High-level application development and cybersecurity certifications.
• Specific experience with GRC tools such as JCAM, eMASS, Xacta, or Archer.
