What you will do

• Own the merchandising strategy across Canada, US, and Australia storefronts, including product and content placement.
• Collaborate with creative and UX teams to develop product education content for modular offerings.
• Identify content gaps based on customer queries and returns to implement comparison tools and buying guides.
• Develop and manage on-site recommendation strategies, product pairings, and cross-sell placements.
• Build and leverage AI workflows to automate repetitive merchandising tasks and improve CX.
• Manage the on-site UGC experience by curating and publishing customer photos and reviews.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in digital merchandising or ecommerce content.
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Sanity, Contentful) and Shopify.
• Ability to use analytics data to inform product placement and funnel health.
• Comfortable creating AI workflows to automate tasks and identify opportunities.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple launches and content updates.
• Collaborative mindset for working across creative, technical, and operational teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in fashion or luxury ecommerce.
