TL;DR

Web Specialist (eCommerce): Optimizing the eCommerce experience to increase conversion rates and enhance patient journeys with an accent on CRO, SEO, and data-driven experimentation. Focus on executing A/B and multivariate tests, managing the optimization roadmap, and improving organic traffic and site discoverability.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Canada)

Salary: 75K – 85K CAD

What you will do

  • Lead the optimization of patient journeys across browsing, product detail pages, checkout, and post-purchase experiences.
  • Develop and manage a CRO and experimentation roadmap, including the design and execution of A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Own the on-site SEO strategy, focusing on taxonomy, categorization, and internal linking.
  • Analyze website, journey, and category performance using web analytics tools to track CVR, bounce rates, and organic traffic growth.
  • Maintain and evolve the site personalization strategy to improve content relevance across audience segments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, eCommerce, or a related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in eCommerce optimization, CRO, or digital performance-focused roles.
  • Must be based in Canada.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and executing A/B testing and experimentation programs.
  • Strong expertise in web analytics, data interpretation, and SEO principles.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Shopify eCommerce platform.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush.
  • Advanced analytical skills for translating web data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong knowledge of digital customer journey mapping.
