What you will do

• Develop and present innovative paid performance proposals to drive client buy-in and business growth.
• Provide expert guidance and thought leadership across Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic advertising channels.
• Design and implement effective bidding strategies tailored to a diverse portfolio of clients in the MENA region.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure campaigns consistently exceed KPIs through proactive optimization.
• Lead client onboarding and technical setup across various bidding platforms.
• Prepare data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews and mentor team members on platform updates and bidding best practices.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced agency environment.
• Strong ability to design and articulate complex bidding strategies to clients.
• Advanced analytical skills to transform complex data into actionable business solutions.
• Deep understanding of digital tracking ecosystems, including MMP, Analytics360, and Campaign Manager.
• Location: Must be based in Beirut, Lebanon.
