TL;DR

What you will do

  • Design and iterate on a structured onboarding program covering product knowledge and technical demo skills.
  • Manage new hire cohorts and facilitate immersive sales boot camps with hands-on labs and role-play exercises.
  • Develop technical sales collateral, demo frameworks, and guided product scripts tailored to different buyer personas.
  • Create technical certification programs to ensure reps can credibly discuss architecture and developer workflows.
  • Analyze call recordings and conversation intelligence to identify coaching opportunities and build micro-learning content.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Revenue Operations to keep positioning and field materials up-to-date.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in technical sales enablement or revenue enablement within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of building or scaling an enablement function from scratch.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS sales cycle, including discovery, technical evaluation, and Proof of Values.
  • Ability to facilitate high-energy training sessions both in-person and virtually.
  • Analytical mindset for defining enablement KPIs and demonstrating ROI to leadership.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly from the San Francisco Bay Area or Boston.

Nice to have

  • Experience at a high-growth, venture-backed startup (Series A through growth stage).
  • Background in developer tools, code review, or DevOps.
  • Experience designing certification programs with structured assessments and scoring rubrics.
  • Training in instructional design or applying adult learning principles to corporate training.
