What you will do

• Instruct assigned commercial real estate courses according to the established course plan
• Engage students actively through both physical classroom settings and online platforms
• Utilize webinar and livestreaming technology to deliver high-quality online instruction
• Guide students with success strategies to help them meet specific course objectives
• Collaborate with faculty during curriculum and ad-hoc meetings

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a licensed commercial real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney
• Active NV real estate license (broker or managing broker)
• Previous experience in instruction or professional training
• Proficiency with online instruction and livestreaming tools
