What you will do

• Deliver instructor-led Part 142 training, ground school, and simulator sessions on the E145 platform.
• Conduct thorough pre- and post-flight simulator briefings following hirify.global standards.
• Provide instruction for licenses, type ratings, and certifications.
• Maintain accurate client training records and manage seamless handovers between instructors.
• Recommend remedial training and track simulator usage and discrepancies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for curriculum development and act as an examination invigilator.

Requirements

• Unrestricted FAA ATP certificate
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in an FAA Part 121 or 135 program.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Successful completion of all Airline Transport Pilot License written exams.
• Fluency in English
• Ability and willingness to work night shifts as required

Nice to have

• Existing instructor qualification or rating issued by a Regulatory Authority.
• Qualification meeting requirements for Simulator Instructor designation.
• Additional E145 type rating.
